Resources for Preparing Speeches

Research Assignment

For your "I love," influential person, persuasive policy, and PechaKucha speeches, you will need to:

  • determine what information is relevant to your central idea/thesis
  • find credible sources from the library and on the web
  • cite each source verbally at least once in your speech, as well as in your outline
  • Create a bibliography in MLA or APA style, listing each source alphabetically

See your assignment write-ups for full details.
