What is Eckerd Scholar?

EC Scholar screenshotEC SCHOLAR is the institutional repository for collecting, preserving, and sharing the history of scholarship at Eckerd College. The purpose of site is to share the intellectual and creative works of the College, including publications by students, student-faculty collaborations, faculty, and staff.

Projects goals:

  • Showcase the impact of Eckerd's academic program by enhancing discoverability and visibility of student and faculty works and grants received
  • Share campus expertise to support media inquiries and identify opportunities for collaboration
  • See the impact of work through Altmetrics, downloads, profile views, etc.
  • House open access works for broad dissemination of scholarship
