Appointments may be scheduled through our Archives Appointment form and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Undergraduate theses can be found in our EC Scholar repository from 1964 to current (not all theses are publicly available). Theses are also available from the Circulation desk for in-house use.
In order to use documents, still images, moving images, or audio recordings from Eckerd College Library Archives, an individual or organization must complete the Archives Use Agreement form, and read and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Please complete this form and e-mail it to the attention of the Archives at library_archives@eckerd.edu.
The Eckerd College Archives is a closed-stack library located on the second floor of the Peter H. Armacost Library building. Appointments may be scheduled through our Archives Appointment form.
Student appointments related to a class take precedence. Upon arrival, check in at the Library Circulation desk on the first floor. Visits are limited to two (2) hour windows and cannot be extended.

Minette Wiederhold volunteered her services and began the Eckerd College Archives in 1966. Her work is continued through the efforts of Volunteer Archivist and '71 alum, Cathy McCoy, and her volunteer assistant, Arturo Macias. Many collections are digitized:
