Interested in a Library Display?

The Library is planning for a year of informative and eye-opening displays and would like to invite all members of the community to consider partnering with us to create library displays that complement the goals of your club, committee, department, or class.  Displays can include books and DVDs from the collection that highlight essential readings or materials you think are important to showcase from our collection, as well as other ideas you might have to complement the work you do on campus. 

Here is a list of commemorative holidays per month for display ideas, but we are happy to work with you on events throughout the year:

• September - Hispanic/Latinx Heritage month
• October - LGBTQ History month, Domestic Violence Awareness
• November -- Native American History month
• February -- Black History Month
• March -- National Women’s History Month
• April -- Arab American History Month, National Poetry Month
• May -- Asian American History Month, Mental Health Awareness Month
• June -- Pride Month
