- Researcher Details > Position - select appropriate title
- Researcher settings >
- Has an Active Public Profile - set to NO (IMPORTANT!)
- Include in Smart Harvesting: YES
- Skip automatic approvals in Smart Harvesting: NO
- Has Access to the Researcher Profile: YES
- Current affiliations >
- Add Internal Affiliations
> Add Secondary Unit = Collegium (click ADD)
> Add Tertiary Unit = Department (click ADD)
