The SWE Society Scholarship Program offers multiple scholarship opportunities each year to women admitted to baccalaureate or graduate programs, to prepare them for careers in aeronautical engineering, biomedical engineering, engineering technology or computer science. Last year, SWE awarded 220 new and renewed scholarships to women totaling over $660,000. The Brill Family Scholarship is just one example of the awards available and it is given each year in the amount of $1,500. A minimum GPA of 3.0 in a 4.0 system is required. Female art students in the New England states may apply for the Blanch E. Colman Trust Scholarship. In addition, the Blanche E. Even if you have always been an outstanding student, you may have never thought about a merit-based scholarship for a culinary school. Well, the CIA is looking for students who have a track record of high academic achievement, as well as proven leadership abilities. Grade point requirement is a minimum of 3.2. ACT and SAT scores are also considered, requiring a Math score of at least 550 or better, and the same in Reading. If applicable, ACT score must be a 20 or better. This scholarship was created to encourage excellence in female university seniors and graduate students majoring in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related area of study in a technical field. If you’ve ever thought about a career related to national security or the defense interests of the United States, there is no better time than now. The National Association of Women in Construction Founders' Scholarship Foundation (NFSF) is a self-supporting scholarship program. The Beauty and Wellness Scholarship
Our scholarship is called The Beauty + Wellness Scholarship and it’s designed to provide financial assistance to female college students who are leading healthy lifestyles. Students are asked to write a brief 500 word essay on their experiences maintaining health + wellness while enrolled in college.

The Connie Passmore Scholarship was established by the Mid-Day Chapter of Business & Professional Women (BPW), now known as BPW/St. Petersburg-Pinellas, to honor one of its long-time members. Mrs. Passmore, who was a Florida Power employee, devoted many hours and much effort to advance the ideals and causes of BPW. She served as President of this chapter as well as holding several District and State positions. Her special interest was the Equal Rights Amendment and she carried on a vigorous campaign in support of its passage.
The Passmore Scholarship makes awards directly to women, age 21 or over, who live, work or go to school in Pinellas County, who demonstrate achievement, need and well-defined educational goals and who are attending an accredited program or a program recognized by the licensing agency in the certification area. Several awards between $250 and $1,000 are made each year. The Scholarship Committee is composed of the organization’s current and past presidents who are active members.
