Scholarships, Fellowships, Academic Internships, and Grants: International Business

This guide is designed to assist members of the Eckerd College Community in identifying scholarships, grants, academic internships, and fellowship opportunities.

Scholarships

  • Consumer Essentials Online Marketing Scholarship-To apply for the scholarship you must be aged between 18-25 and currently be studying an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in one of the following fields: Business or IT. 

  • My name is Billy Sohl and I’m the Scholarship Coordinator at Fisher Investments. I’m excited to announce the return of Fisher Investments’  ‘Invest in Your Future’ scholarship, which awards $10,000 in college scholarships annually to students who demonstrate financial literacy.  

    We’ve begun accepting applications for our next award deadline ending on January 31, 2021 and we would be honored to receive applicants from Eckerd College. 

    We have two application deadlines each year. Each award cycle, we award one talented student with a $5,000 scholarship.

  • Applicants must be students pursuing a degree in a field which promotes financial literacy such as business, law, finance, accounting, or economics.
  • The scholarship is open to students with backgrounds typically considered to be underrepresented in the fields of business & finance. Examples include, but are not limited to, women, racial minorities, LGBTQ persons, veterans, students with disabilities, and first-generation college students. 
  • To apply, students must complete our application and submit a 500-word essay describing their short and long-term financial goals and their plans to achieve these goals.
